How to get a Perfect Environment

Environment nowadays makes you distracted and makes it very difficult in the productivity.
While you can make a perfect environment for yourself but it might take time to know what is beneficial and what is not in the environment you currently are.

To figure out let’s check some pointers:

  1. Screen Time:
    What is your screen time? Check in your phone within “The digital Wellbeing” section of the phone’s setting.
    The screen time number globally is 6 Hours and 58 minutes which is the cause of many a problems these days.
    It makes you reduce the productivity time.
    A smartphone brings up with technology but it could help you if you help yourself out.

“With great technology comes great responsibility “ is what I would like to quote it as. You could possibly learn many things but you end up wasting your precious time and regret later.
Here comes the time to talk about Dopamine!

2.Dopamine:
Short term fun makes difficulty in having a successful way ahead in time. This is what our ancestors have spoken about time to time.
Dopamine causes us to want, desire, seek out, and search. Reel scrolling happens because of this “Dopamine” wanting us to seek information, pleasure with the next video or reel they are going to jump upon.

3.Sleep schedule:
Do you have a fixed body clock? How much do you sleep? You might be answering these questions in your mind that you need to fix your body clock and have proper sleep. But the question is how to do so?

I) Don’t use Digital Gadgets before 2 hours of sleep. It will be a major reason disturbing your sleep. You might not feel like sleeping because you are not going to feel like due to “Dopamine Hit” and the dryness of eyes the blue light cause.

II)Make your sleep time fixed. This will help you fix your body clock. Fixing the body clock is very much required for making a day productive.

III) Sleep comfortably for 7 hours atleast.
According to the ancient sciences you should have a sleep of 4 hours for a day you have zero physical activity. While this was written at a time when there was no digital gadget making discomfort in the eyes. You should make sure you have a quality sleep helping the eyes. While if you are someone who have an active body throughout the day, make sure to not waste time scrolling and give your body a sleep of 7–9 hours.

  1. Meditation: Try to include meditation in your hectic life for 15 -20 minutes a day and you will see visible changes leading you to a peaceful mind and this will help you rejuvenate your mind and body.
Take a Deep Breath!

2.Set Deadlines: Ever thought how we complete the subject syllabus on the night just before exams because you had a deadline pressure to perform in the exams the very next day. You will see completed tasks more often when you set deadlines for tasks. This will make your work ethics stronger and more disciplined.

3.Remember your Goal: Visualize the goals you have in your mind daily. This is critically the most important step that will make you work towards your goal daily and achieve your goals faster.
